Position Requirements:
- A BSEE or related required; a PE or CSE license preferred
- Five (5) years of experience designing or upgrading electrical, instrumentation and controls for water/wastewater treatment facilities and/or industrial process
- Knowledge of SCADA systems; able to interpret and write control loops
- Proficient with AutoCAD Electrical or similar software
- Project Management skills

This is the premier opportunity for you to learn consultative, solution-based sales. My client’s sales professionals work in a highly professional and fast-paced office an average of two days a week, while three days a week they visit manufacturers in a sales territory so that they can consult face-to-face on solving customers' critical quality control, reliability, and research or design applications.
In this position you will have the opportunity to gain the training necessary to become an entry-level, direct sales professional. Sales Associates enter a program consisting of classroom training, on-the-job learning, and mentorship. The training program begins with a period of classroom training which typically lasts 1 to 3 months dependent on the technical product line. While company products are highly technical, you will receive the training to become an expert on their products, solving applications, following their pro-active sales process, and conducting successful sales consultations.
After successful completion of the Sales Associate classroom training, you will be promoted to Sales Engineer, initiating the on-the-job training phase of the development program. Included in your on-the-job training is a formal mentorship program, typically lasting from 4 to 6 months, which utilizes coaching to reinforce product and application training and develop your sales skills while you become responsible for customers in your own sales territory.

Aerospace Structures Engineer, United States - (5 openings)

Structures engineers play a key role in an integrated product team and will contribute to the overall design, analysis, testing, fabrication, and validation of new designs. Structures engineers analyze and propose designs and features that meet the requirements for the compression system, and then evaluate the designs against success criteria through bench, rig and full engine testing. Applicants are required to be knowledgeable in finite element analysis and current state of the art FEA software, possess a solid understanding of the basic principles of structural mechanics, and must have the ability to coach and direct less experienced engineers. Individuals are needed who can step in immediately to make a positive impact or even lead teams, in a focused fashion, to achieve challenging program goals. Autonomous System Troubleshooting Engineer, United States - Illinois
My client has a rich heritage in the design and manufacture of distinctly different and dependable, industry-leading machines. They are a global leader representing the largest and most respected family of products and services in multiple industries across the world.
If you are selected for this opportunity you will perform initial triage, analysis, and solution investigation for a complex autonomous machine system used at a large mine site. You will troubleshoot issues identified at test sites or customer production sites to include: machine perception (radar, lidar, etc.), machine positioning, machine path planning, on-board networking, and radio communication. Analysis is done by examination of system events and will normally include log file analysis and may also include hardware or software investigations. This position is part of the autonomous system development team and would be located with the system developers. Communication with the site staff and the development team members will be necessary and documentation and communication of issue status will be essential.
Position Requirements:
